B: Certainly, sir.
A: All right. Before we begin, let's quickly go over the main points of our last meeting. Alex, could you please give us a short summary of our last discussion?
B: Yes, sir. Last time, we discussed the sales of our latest product and the performance of our new recruits. Regarding the sales, Mark updated us on the progress of the campaign. As for the performance of the recruits, the meeting concluded with the decision to change our recruitment process.
A: Thank you, Alex. So, in today's meeting, I would like to hear your suggestions on what we should do to improve the quality of our recruitment process. Who would like to begin?
