What are your long-tern goals ?
- I would like to move into a management positon in five years. The main thing right now is to learn as much as I can in my new position. With my previous experience and my ability to learn quickly, I think I will be ready for a management position in five years.
Do you plan to continue your education?
In the five years I would like to obtain my MBA degree. I will have to take night course since I will work during the day, and I think I can complete the degree in two or three years. If I have a MBA degree, I can move into a management position. That's my goal. And, while working on my degree, every course I take will give me greater insight or ability in performing my current job.

What would you like to be five years from now?
- As you know, this is a computer company and I majored in this field too. I'd like to practice what I have learnt in university and contribute more to our company.
Then, what's your career objective, particulary your position in these five years?
I will work hard, and I hope I could be a leader of an energetic and productive sales team.
